Intellis expands ownership group and strengthens board

Intellis board expansion sees Entrepreneur and business executive Mads Peter Veiby join as a co-owner and board member.

At Intellis, we’ve seen substantial interest and positive feedback from our initial private-sector customers, who are already actively testing Intellis’ Contract Lifecycle Management platform. This confirms there’s considerable untapped potential and significant value in rolling out our solution more broadly across the private market in the Nordics. Particularly, our upcoming sustainability module has emerged as a powerful and vital tool for businesses aiming to achieve and document ambitious sustainability goals.

That’s why we’re delighted to welcome Mads Peter Veiby as a new co-owner and board member. Mads brings extensive experience from various IT businesses, including telecom company M1 and CEGO. Additionally, he has broad board experience, having served on the boards of both publicly listed and private companies, as well as charitable organisations. Intellis’ ownership now includes Stig Larsen (founder), Kevin Magnussen, Lars Sneftrup Pedersen and Mads Peter Veiby.

With Mads on board, the Intellis board now consists of Lars Sneftrup Pedersen, Stig Larsen, Kevin Magnussen, Christian Thomsen and Mads Peter Veiby.
