You get access to dashboards and reports on catalogue usage, contract coverage, savings potential, compliance metrics and more. You can also track supplier performance and extract data for analysis in your own BI tools. Our reporting features help procurement become a truly strategic function.

Yes. But it requires that your suppliers provide environmental data (such as CO₂ footprint), Intellis can help visualise this data, nudging your users to order more sustainable. We’re also working on additional features to support ESG and sustainable procurement.

This depends on the scope, but most customers are up and running usually within 6-12 weeks. We work closely with you during onboarding to configure the platform, import data, and train your team.

Yes. We offer onboarding workshops, user guides, training sessions and access to our support portal. We make sure you feel confident using the system from day one.

We follow a structured onboarding approach tailored to your organisation’s setup. A typical process includes scoping workshops, system configuration, data migration, training and go-live support. For most private companies, implementation takes between 6 to 12 weeks depending on the number of modules and integrations.

Unfortunately we do not offer a test environment. But we do a full-scaled onboarding process and training of you and your team.

We work closely with your procurement team to support internal communication, training and adoption. We also provide onboarding guides and materials for end users.

We take security seriously. All data is hosted in ISAE 3000-certified environments within the EU. We follow best practices for encryption, access control, and GDPR compliance.

Our standard support is available Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 16:00 CET. Extended support hours can be arranged as part of your SLA.
