Intellis strengthens its organisation: Adds experienced legal IT profile to the board

The Danish company Intellis strengthens its board with Tine K. Boye as part of the company’s continued growth and professionalisation.

The Danish SaaS company Intellis is expanding its board with Tine K. Boye, who is General Counsel at Pleo. With this appointment, Intellis strengthens its strategic foundation at a time when the company is working actively on growth, scaling and professionalising the organisation.

Tine K. Boye brings extensive experience from the Danish and international tech sector. She has worked with legal affairs, governance, compliance, M&A and strategic business development in companies such as Pleo, Netcompany and Nets.

At Intellis, she will contribute with legal and commercial experience in a phase where the demands placed on both SaaS companies and their customers are becoming more complex. This applies especially to contract management, compliance, data-driven processes and sustainability, areas that are also central to Intellis’ own platform.
