Kevin Magnussen becomes co-owner of Intellis

The Danish Formula 1 driver strengthens his collaboration with the software company Intellis and becomes co-owner of the fast-growing developer and supplier of e-procurement solutions.

Earlier this year, Kevin Magnussen announced an extended partnership with the Danish provider of e-procurement solutions. Now, this collaboration is further strengthened as the Danish Formula 1 driver becomes co-owner of the Danish software company.

With Kevin Magnussen’s co-ownership also comes a seat on the company’s board, where the Formula 1 driver will help shape the future direction of Intellis’ development. The software company, headquartered in Ørestad, Copenhagen, provides services ranging from consulting to the development and delivery of e-procurement solutions and has more than 50 public companies on its client list, with a strong focus on expanding into the private sector.
