With this new solution, substitute products can be linked directly in the catalogues, including across different agreements. This gives you a more flexible and efficient way to manage assortments, especially when changes need to be rolled out quickly. The feature can also be set up via import, making it particularly useful when larger product groups or entire assortments need to be replaced in one go.
For your purchasers, this means a simpler and more reliable buying experience. Substitute products are clearly displayed in the shop, both on favourites lists and directly in the ordering flow, making it easy to choose the right alternatives without unnecessary interruptions.
