Tellis® can connect with the systems you already use, allowing data to flow between procurement, finance, reporting and other key functions.

With an open API and flexible architecture, Tellis can connect to Power BI, ERP systems and relevant data sources. This reduces duplicate work and gives your organisation a more connected foundation for follow-up and decision-making.

The result is less time spent moving information manually and better access to the data needed across the organisation.

Imagine contracts, suppliers, catalogues and procurement no longer operating in separate silos. Tellis® brings them together in one connected platform, helping you work more systematically, follow up more effectively and develop on a stronger foundation.

Tellis allows you to distribute responsibility without giving everyone access to everything, helping you maintain a clear overview. Advanced user management features help protect your data and provide transparency across your governance setup.

Access can be managed through contract templates and limited to a user’s own contracts, a department or the entire organisation. Visibility in the procurement system can also be assigned at both user and organisational level.

This makes it easier to decentralise work with relevant contracts and products, while the central function retains oversight and control across the organisation.

The FK-org interface keeps organisational data in Tellis up to date through daily automated updates.

When employees, roles, departments or the organisational structure change, the information is transferred to Tellis. This reduces manual maintenance and makes it easier to maintain the correct access rights and workflows.

New employees can get started more quickly because their position in the organisation forms the basis for both purchasing and invoicing. The integration works automatically in the background, allowing administrators to spend less time on repetitive updates and more time on core tasks.

The implementation of the automated interface to FK-org went smoothly, and we’re already seeing the major benefits of having data maintained automatically from a central source. We’re heavily focused on increasing workflow automation, and the FK-org interface delivered by Intellis is a big step in that direction.

Tellis gives you the flexibility to organise supplier collaboration around the needs of your organisation.

You can use the Bizconnect supplier portal or connect Tellis to another relevant solution. With Bizconnect, suppliers can manage catalogue requests, upload catalogues and receive orders through one connected flow.

This gives procurement and administration a clearer overview of supplier data, catalogues and collaboration with individual suppliers. It also makes onboarding and ongoing communication easier to manage.

For Danish suppliers in contract management administration, supplier creation and maintenance are handled through Datafordeleren. This gives administrators a more structured data foundation, including supplier status and active or discontinued P-numbers.

When a supplier’s master data changes, the contract owner receives a notification in Tellis. If the notification is not viewed on the platform, it is also sent by email. From the notification, the contract owner can open the supplier record and compare the new information with the previous details.

This makes changes easier to identify, assess and follow up on before they create uncertainty in contracts or supplier relationships. The organisation retains control over which changes require action.

E-procurement means that an organisation manages purchasing digitally through one central system. Employees can find products and agreements, obtain approvals, allocate costs and place orders through a shared purchasing flow.

It works much like a conventional online shop, but is designed for professional procurement. The system can control which suppliers and products users can access, which agreements they purchase under, and which approvals or budget limits apply.

E-procurement replaces manual processes across emails, spreadsheets, paperwork and phone calls. It also brings procurement data together, giving procurement, finance and management a clearer overview of orders, suppliers, agreements and spend.

When the right agreements and products are easy to find, it becomes easier for employees to make the right choices. The organisation can guide purchasing towards approved suppliers, contracted products, environmentally labelled goods or other criteria that support financial control, compliance and sustainability.

E-procurement can therefore reduce manual work, create a more consistent purchasing process and give the organisation a stronger foundation for monitoring spend and agreement usage.
