Intellis A/S Giveaway Terms & Conditions
1. ELIGIBILITY
1.1. The giveaway is open to individuals aged 18 years or older at the time of entry.
1.2. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Intellis A/S and its affiliates are not eligible to participate.
1.3. The giveaway is open to participants worldwide, except in embargoed, high-risk, or restricted regions, including but not limited to Russia, Afghanistan, North Korea, Iran, Syria, and Venezuela. Additionally, countries with complex customs regulations (e.g., Brazil) may be excluded.
1.4. Some giveaways may be restricted to specific territories based on the location of the event or promotional campaign. Such restrictions will be stated in the specific giveaway announcement.
2. ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
2.1. Participants must follow the instructions outlined in the specific giveaway post or event.
2.2. Entries submitted outside of the specified giveaway period will not be considered.
2.3. For social media giveaways, participants must comply with the rules of the platform (LinkedIn, X, Reddit, Facebook, TikTok, Instagram).
2.4. Any entries containing offensive, illegal, or inappropriate content will be disqualified.
3. GIVEAWAY PERIOD
3.1. The giveaway start and end dates, including time zone information, will be specified in the announcement.
3.2. Intellis A/S reserves the right to modify the giveaway period at its discretion.
4. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION
4.1. Winners will be selected either at random or based on a specific judging criteria outlined in the giveaway announcement.
4.2. Winners will be notified via direct message, email, or other applicable methods within 5 days after the giveaway ends.
4.3. Winners must respond within 5 days to claim their prize. Failure to do so may result in disqualification, and an alternate winner may be chosen.
4.4. By accepting the prize, winners consent to Intellis A/S publishing their name and/or company name on its website, social media platforms, and other promotional materials. If a winner does not agree to this, Intellis A/S reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
4.5. Winners must provide a photo of their received prize and grant Intellis A/S permission to post it publicly on its website and social media platforms. If a winner does not agree to this, Intellis A/S reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
5. PRIZES & DELIVERY
5.1. The prize details, including value, limitations, and potential alternatives, will be specified in the giveaway announcement.
5.2. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives unless specified.
5.3. Intellis A/S is not responsible for lost, stolen, or undeliverable prizes due to incorrect addresses, customs regulations, or postal issues.
5.4. Winners are responsible for any taxes, customs duties, or fees associated with the prize.
6. DATA PROTECTION & PRIVACY
6.1. By entering the giveaway, participants consent to the collection and processing of their personal data for the purpose of administering the giveaway. To be informed of what rights you have regarding data collection and processing, please visit our Privacy Policy.
6.2. By checking the marketing communications box in the giveaway, participants also opt in to receiving marketing communications from Intellis A/S. Participants may unsubscribe from these communications at any time by following the opt-out instructions included in the communications.
7. GENERAL TERMS & DISCLAIMERS
7.1. Intellis A/S reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these terms or engages in fraudulent activities.
7.2. Intellis A/S reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the giveaway if unforeseen circumstances arise.
7.3. By participating, entrants agree to release Intellis A/S from any liability arising from participation or prize acceptance.
8. GOVERNING LAW
8.1. These terms are governed by the laws of Denmark, and any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Denmark.
