Sustainability Score
Get a full overview of the sustainability of your purchases without lifting a finger. With Tellis® a total sustainability score is calculated for every shopping basket, based on both contract data and product labels. Each item is also clearly marked to show whether it is sustainable or not. The result is a simple and transparent score that makes it easy to see how sustainable each purchase really is.

Intelligent
search engine
The intelligent search in Tellis makes it quick and easy to find both the right products and the relevant purchasing agreements. Rather than relying on individual keywords alone, the search understands context, learns from user behaviour and adapts its results to the organisation’s preferences over time.
Users can search by product name, category or an approximate description and receive relevant suggestions that help them move forward. When a search matches a supplier, agreement name, contract description or category, the related purchasing agreement can also be displayed. This makes it easier to move from a broad requirement to the right product or agreement, without users needing to know in advance where the information is stored.
The contract number also follows the product from the shop through to the completed order. This creates a clear link to the underlying agreement and gives users a more intuitive purchasing experience, while helping the organisation guide purchases towards its existing agreements.

Order & invoice
matching
Integrated order and invoice matching helps catch discrepancies early, before they turn into issues. The system compares purchase orders, delivery confirmations, and invoices in real time, making sure everything lines up before any payment goes through.
Matching can be done at either header or line level, and the entire process is streamlined to cut down on manual work and reduce the chance of errors. Any exceptions are flagged for review, giving finance and procurement teams clear control without the usual workload.
The result is faster processing, fewer disputes, and noticeably lower transaction costs across the board.
Repeat purchases without repeating the work
Recurring purchases should not have to be built from scratch every time. With Tellis e-Procurement, users can reorder previous purchases, save favourite baskets and adapt them to their current needs. Products can be paused without being removed, while administrators can help keep baskets up to date across the organisation.
Orders can also be scheduled for automatic submission at a selected time. This makes repeat purchases easier to manage, provides clearer oversight and allows orders to be grouped or timed according to the organisation’s workflows.

This makes it easier to follow up on outstanding goods receipts and invoices approaching their due date. Add a message and any relevant material, and Tellis identifies the right recipients based on the selected criteria.
External recipients can clearly see the sender and department, while permissions determine who can create and send messages. The result is more precise communication, simpler follow-up and less administration.
PunchOut
feature
The PunchOut feature lets users browse and buy from external supplier webshops directly within the Tellis® e-Procurement environment.
It offers a seamless link to full product ranges with real-time pricing and availability, all while keeping purchases aligned with the organisation’s procurement setup. Once items are chosen, product details, prices, and carts are automatically brought back into the system.
This keeps everything compliant, captures data accurately, and delivers a smooth, familiar shopping experience that balances control with flexibility.
