Big challenges in society are solved when the public and private sectors work together
On Wednesday 6 September, we hosted our very first user conference for customers, partners and stakeholders. The day was filled with inspiring talks, light-hearted moments, shared experiences and practical insights. Topics included AI, contract management, sustainable e-commerce, digital transformation and collaboration across sectors.
According to The American Lawyer, it took a lawyer an average of 92 minutes to review a contract, while AI completed the same task in just 26 seconds. The lawyer identified 85% of the contract’s risks, compared to AI’s 94%.
– Pernille Stege Geil, Head of Transformation at Devoteam
Pernille focuses on helping organisations mature and optimise their contract management to support compliance and financial health. Devoteam continues to challenge boundaries and drive innovation in this area.
AI can act as a tool, a legal assistant that supports your work efficiently. Goldman Sachs has estimated that 44 percent of legal tasks in contract management can be automated.
“The user conference is here so we can inspire our customers, grow together and keep evolving Tellis,” said Søren Iversen, CEO of Intellis.
Three key takeaways from Pernille Stege Geil:
Successful use of AI depends on leadership focus and accountability.
With known variables, AI can accurately predict unknown ones.
AI leads to better contract handling and outcomes.
Fredensborg Municipality shared their work with strategic contract management and procurement. Jennifer Brethvad and Mette Vinther Korsgaard explained how their approach supports business operations across departments. Contract management helps them structure supplier relationships clearly and effectively, so efforts can focus on the contracts that create the most value.
Three takeaways from Fredensborg Municipality:
Procurement should result in strong, lasting and sustainable contracts.
Contract management increases the value extracted from every agreement.
Departments are encouraged to rethink and improve their solutions.
Sustainability plays a large role in procurement teams across municipalities. That is why Thomas Schultz, CEO and Co-founder of Konsido, joined the programme. His daily work involves analysing purchasing behaviour and helping public organisations use this knowledge to free up resources.
Two takeaways from Konsido:
Contract management boosts the value of signed agreements.
Better use of existing contracts through integration with Tellis.
Rikke Hougaard Zeberg, Director of the Danish Agency for Data Supply and Infrastructure, contributed with a political perspective on digitalisation and the green transition. She highlighted the role of cooperation between public institutions and private companies.
Four takeaways from Rikke Hougaard Zeberg:
New technology and data are essential for digital and green progress.
Denmark is ahead of many, but risks falling behind.
Continued strategic focus and stronger digital infrastructure are crucial.
Public and private collaboration is key to solving major challenges.
For digital transformation to succeed, we need the right systems, routines and skills across both authorities and businesses. Cybercrime remains a serious and growing threat.
– Rikke Hougaard Zeberg, Director of DI Digital
