
Intellis is a Danish software company specialised in developing digital tools for managing procurement and supplier relationships. Our product, the Tellis® platform, streamlines everything from contract management to catalogue control and e-procurement.
We build tools designed to fit naturally into everyday workflows, enabling organisations to make smarter, clearer decisions backed by structured data.
How we started
Intellis was founded in 2021 by a small team with a background in digital procurement and IT project management. They recognised that organisations needed simpler, more flexible solutions to handle procurement tasks, particularly when traditional systems proved overly complicated or restrictive.
From those modest beginnings, we’ve grown consistently. We’ve brought on board new customers, expanded our team, and continually refined the Tellis® platform to match our users’ changing requirements.
Today, Tellis® sits right at the heart of how many organisations manage contracts, suppliers and purchasing processes, making complex tasks feel straightforward.
In the early days we did everything hands on, from product testing to customer onboarding. It gave us a deep understanding of what works, and that mindset still shapes how we build and support the platform today.

We’ve structured our business to minimise our own footprint. Our teams work in hybrid setups with a strong focus on remote collaboration, which reduces travel and supports flexibility. Our headquarters sits in one of Denmark’s most energy-efficient buildings, and we make responsible data management a core part of everything we do.

Sustainability is also built into the Tellis® platform. With features like sustainability scoring and clear environmental labels, organisations can easily factor climate impact and social criteria into procurement decisions. So, when our customers use Tellis® in their daily workflows, they’re also taking meaningful steps towards greener operations and more transparent supplier relationships.
For us, sustainability is not a separate project. It is something we include in product design, team decisions and the way we collaborate with customers. It is about making progress in practice, not just on paper.
